On Eternal Patrol: (check if entering data for a lost shipmate - indicates person is deceased)
Keep Email Active: (check ONLY if entering data for a DECEASED shipmate but you wish to keep the email link active in all crew lists so that you may respond to email on their behalf.  If you check "On Eternal Patrol" above, the email link is not active in crew lists but if you check this box in addition to the one above, the email link will be active.)
Notes for entering lost shipmates: If you are entering more than one person into the database, please note that you can't use your email address and password AGAIN for additional entries. To enter additional lost shipmates, please use their full name in the email blank and make up a password (not yours) for them (you can use their full name for this purpose too if you wish - the point is each entry must have a unique email/password combination).

Note that email links for lost shipmates are automatically disabled when the "On Eternal Patrol" checkbox is checked above unless you also check the "Keep Email Active" checkbox which is used when family members or friends wish to answer email on the crewmember's behalf..

After your submittal, you will recieve a confirming email
message that will include your password for future use.
