I am looking for submariners that earned the Purple Heart to post on the USSVI "Wall of Honor". If you know of any, please send me their name, boat (s) they served on etc.

J. G. (Tex) Grisham TM2SS had one. I knew him on the Bergall SS-320. I do not remember which boat he won it on.

Paul Russ [then GM2(SS)] earned one on Parche along with a silver star during the engagement when CO Red Ramage won his CMOH.

Collie Collins, USS CAT FISH. He is a member of the BLUEBACK BASE. I think he won his while with a Marine group in Korea. Medic!
