At random: George Washington Endorsed the use of the first American submarine, David Bushnell's TURTLE, during the Revolution. Following the vessel's attack on a British man-of-war, he discussed the potential use of submarines in a letter to Thomas Jefferson.

I keep trying to add the spam messages to my "block senders" list and while I have OE open that's fine and they show up "however" when I close off and then come back they're all gone... How can I get to keep these on and continue to build up the list?

After you make your list do you click the okay before moving on? I know it sounds simple but I had that problem when making changes to my address book especially when doing changes on address' in a group.

I have used Mail Washer http://www.mailwasher.net/ for years. It lets you look at and delete and Blacklist spammers all on your server BEFORE mail ever hits your computer. I must have been using this for ten years now. I keep Mail Washer open and my email client closed all the time. Be sure to set your email client to NOT automatically check for mail. You can preview any mail you get in Mail Washer as a text only viewing. If you decide you want it then use your email client and bring it to your computer.

I used Mailwasher for years also and was very well satisfied with its performance. My ISP, Bellsouth, includes the same feature now and so far seems to be working well. It works so good that before I dump the Spam file I go through it to some times find email that has been sent there as Spam that is not Spam.

I used Mailwasher for a few years but when I set up my network, I was glad to send the fellow a few bucks and register the program. It is an excellent program, no mistakes, and is cheap. Worth every penny I spent on it.............

and it keeps the crap from ever getting on to your PC.............unless you want it to.............

I used Mailwasher until my cellphone provider went to G-mail which has an excellent spam trap.

Highly recommend if your provider can't or won't handle it.
