Subject: Blue's Curry Mix....

Tonight I cooked myself a lovely curry meal, marinated the chicken in Green Thai curry overnight.

Then mixed 1 tablespoon of Green, Red Thai Curry, Vindaloo, Ginger, crushed Red Chillies.

Cooked the lot, then added some Lemongrass, Coconut Milk and served with Rice...it was Delicious!

Pity it was eaten all by myself, never mind, 'they' are missing out on these lovely meals!

Try it, you'll love it

Sounds great. By the way, do you have an asbestos tongue? I've had some serious heat problems with Vindaloo and curry in the UK.

Hah... y'all ain't had curry until you've had a curry dish prepared by the Duchess of Durban.. she makes her own spices.. from mild to thermo-nuclear...

And Blue, if'n you get near Edgewater/Annapolis way, I have Mad make you some.. hehehe
