At random: There are more airplanes at the bottom of the ocean than there are submarines in the sky; therefore I chose submarines over aviation.

Maximum sentence sought for convicted ex-sailor
Published: 3/27/09, 4:46 PM EDT

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) - Federal prosecutors in Connecticut are seeking the maximum sentence for a former Navy sailor convicted of leaking details about ship movements.

Prosecutors filed court papers Friday urging a judge to give Hassan Abu-Jihaad (AH'-boo zhee-HAHD') 10 years in prison when he is sentenced in a week.

They call the Phoenix man a traitor and say he was trying to help foreign terrorists replicate the bombing of the USS Cole.

The man's attorney, Dan LaBelle, declined to comment. He says he will file his sentencing papers by Monday.

Now I don't think they should lock him up. I think the punishment should fit the crime. Put a GPS locator on him and send him, all alone, into a hostle area. Let his friends, (the enemy), find him and well.......
