Woke to a light dusting of snow on the grass and untraveled parts of streets this morning. Suppose to not last long. Going to have a heatwave and the temps are to get up into the 40's later.

GREAT SCOTT!!! Keep it up there, John. The 40f's around here lately is bad enough. It must be worse than what you have up in Newfie Land. I haven't heard from Hairball lately. He and Rae have a pet mouse and he has a new remote control helocopter so I imagine they are fighting off cabin fever.

Portland, OR had about 1/4" of snow if your elevation was over 500'.
I will accept 32 degrees over the 17 degrees I will be seeing next week in Indiana and Michigan.

...not heavy but that thin wispy kind that looks dangerous. It could stop or just keep going kind. Man, I have a dance to go to this afternoon. I don't need this.

You can handle it, Ric. It really is quite passive... Just treat it gently and slowly. It likes to dance, too. Watch it when the wind blows a gale in a Nor'easter. It is just like a lot of women, too! Cold!

I guess I shouldn't complain about the rain and sixties we are having. Yesterday most of the Bikers took their rides out, it was close to seventy. Eat your heart out Doc.

I took my ride out yesterday, also. It's a dog sled lead by Yukon King. 2F here today but sunny and no wind; it might get up to the 17F Chris Stafford is referring to but don't bet on it Chris; bring your longhandles; you're going to need them.
