Yeah I know, today is only the 30th. I thought I'd get in here a day before New Year's Eve because I know all you old worn out, washed up old CPOs won't be worth a s**t tomorrow or the day after. Probably not us E-3 To E-6s either, but, ya got to admit we are better looking than any CPO ever thought about looking.
I'm glad we all made it through 2008. Here's hoping we can do it again in 2009. For those that are not doing so good and a little behing the power curve, I pray that the Good Lord restores your health and pumps some energy back into your bod. Prayer works, my friends, so have faith and give it a try.
Cheers Shipmates!!!!!

Same here.

Hope you all have a great New Years Eve and new year.

Remember. Party Hardy. I plan to. Going to dance my feet off with every lady I can find tomorrow night. Someone has to uphold the reputation of the sub service....

...at 0540 and it is around 80f already. Reached 39c yesterday, today will be around 36c and tomorrow, the first day of 2009 will be 39c....love it!

Today I am working, someone has to look after those bad boys.

Then tonight I am off down to Mandurah for a night out with one of my bosses, Graham, his girlfriend Annie who is a nurse at work ( she turns 51 today and he is proposing to her today also ) and Mel who has just left the job - he is a former S.A.S. man and it was a delight to work with ( took absolutely no crap from the prisoners at all ) I learnt a fair bit from him.

Well, here's wishing y'all a wonderful 2009!

I also worked New Year'S Eve on guard outside no less wish it had been 39 (even F would have been nice) and watch the first snow fall of 2009 as it snowed very lightly for about 15 minutes around 1 AM and then it snowed quite a bit at about 3 AM but it did not stay
