At random: In a fraction of a second they are projected into eternity and will never possess a final resting home. They have graves without bodies, they are an exceptional breed of people....It is of utmost pride to me to have met these men, those lords that I salute, praise and admire. - Winston Churchill on Clearance Divers September 1944

This website is one that the kids in First Grade Computer Class LOVE !
Their intuitive, nonverbal level is phenomenal as they go back and retry different approaches !

It takes only a little time to load but it's worth the wait.

Click on 'Start New Game' and then 'Skip Directions' ~ they take TOO long.

You'll catch on !

BUT ~ WATCH OUT ~ this can become quite ADDICTIVE!

Pretty cool. My momma always told me I was "spatial". Isn't that nice?

I see nobody has shared their score yet; I made it to level 5 before the phone rang and I had to get back to work. I can see myself wasting a lot of time with this one.

Well, I just KNOW you're all waiting, (espatially Ric) so, I finally made it through all 33 stages! It only took me 5394 moves to do so. It also told me how long for each session, but I didn't keep a tally of that. 3 days worth at about 2 -2 1/2 hours per day. also told me how many misses I had (fell of the edge, etc.).
Very interesting little game to keep to hand-to-eye coordination and mental agility going.
Now that I've done it once, I'll have to try it again, if I can remember some of the routines to use for the different stages.
"First grade Computer Classes," huh?????

GREAT SCOTT, FRITZ!!! I know it's snowing in Cleveland and it looks like a long winter ahead, but, Dude, you need to get out of the house once in a while.

Well, lets bring this puppy to the head of the line again!
I had some extra time the other evening, so I tackled it once more. This time, better than the results I posted earlier. In one hour and 24 minutes I made 3696 moves, 17 failures (fell off edges) for a score of 23940 points. And yes Blue, stage 7 was a rough one, but just wait for a couple of others farther down the line.
I found it really keeps you thinking, and it can improve you eye-to-hand/finger coordination. I did have a couple of distractions along the way by either one or both of our Beagles needing to get "De-watered!"
I wonder how long the first grader kids took? Probably enough time for the teacher to take a good power nap, I betchya!
Everyone have a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
