Subject: 100 Year Anniversery US Navy Submarine Warfare Pin (Dolphins)

100 year ago today the Submarine Warfare pin was officially adopted by the Navy. The Officers got Gold pins and the Enlisted got cloth patches to sew on the lower right sleeve. In 1947 those patches were moved to the left breast above the pocket and in 1950 the Silver pin was made to replace the patch.
