June 21, 1963; USS Tecumseh (SSBN 628), USS Daniel Boone (SSBN 629), USS Flasher (SSN 613), and USS John Calhoun (SSBN 630) are all launched in one day, emphasizing the Navy’s accelerated nuclear-submarine construction program.
USS Flasher (SSN 613) & USS Tecumseh (SSBN 628) become the only dual launch of nuclear subs from the EB shipyard.
Three hours before the launching the hull of the Flasher 249, minus the conning tower is towed past EB shipyards on the way to the scrappers before the new Flasher was launched.

4 boats were not launched yesterday. They were launched 56 years ago on 21 June! |

No, I doubt Conway or East Conway is looking for Mike. I am sure they keep close track of exactly where he is. |

Ya know, way back yonder in the late 30's, I learned to read. I have taken great delight in doing it well and enjoying it ever since. |

I learned how to read in the 50's. The subject line says "4 BOATS LAUNCHED TODAY". Were any boats launched yesterday 21 June 2019? If there were, which 4 boats? If not then the subject line is wrong. Maybe it should have been written "4 BOATS LAUNCHED ON THIS DATE" or something similar indicating that 4 boats were launched years past on 21 June.

Picky, picky. The subject line obviously implied Today (in (history).
