CWICK, Thomas F., was born on February 13, 1943 and passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019. Thomas was a resident of Medina, Ohio at the time of passing. Tom was a United States Navy veteran submariner and retired from the Michigan Department of Treasury. No services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice of the Western Reserve, ASPCA or any rescue organization of their choice


KNAAK, David E., was a fun-loving, creative man with a big heart. He enjoyed traveling (worldwide and in his RV), riding his Harley, working on his boat, movies, politics, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his warmth, wit, intellect and generosity. David grew up on Upton Pk and graduated from East HS in 1964. He served 7 years in the US Navy, part of that time on submarines. He retired from Xerox after 33 years. David passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019 at age 72. He was predeceased by his parents Edward and Marjorie (Thomas). He is survived by his wife Julianne (Hutchings), son Michael, daughter Emily, grandson Thomas Hayes Jr., brothers Daniel (Grace) and Edward (Lorry), sister Marilyn Owens (Michael) of Virginia, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Burial at Pittsford Cemetery was private. Published in Rochester Democrat And Chronicle on June 16, 2019


Sudkamp, Stephen D, CAPT, USN, Ret., 67, passed away on 10 June 2019 surrounded by his family. He was 67 years old. A Wisconsin native, Steve graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1973. He served 30 years as a submarine officer. Steve is survived by his wife of 39 years, Gail, his daughters Karen and Julia, his brother Thomas, and their families; his son Gregory preceded Steve in death. Per his wishes, following a mass of Christian burial, Steve will be laid to rest along the banks of the St. Lawrence River in New York. A celebration of life will be held in Virginia Beach in July.
