This is sad to hear. I remember one guy killing himself in a DWI accident in Groton in the 1970's. We all had to go to a lecture.

Bit of a worry that an article written criticizing the US Navy does not know the difference between a ship being anchored and one moored to a pier. |

It will show, even on the cheap drug tests we used at the Oil Mill. Once they were positive, the employee had the choice of going to the clinic for a blood or hair (the best test) test or be terminated. I never had an initial test challenged. With us it was mostly Amphetamines, but we did have two cocaine positives. Was never shocked by who got caught. |
