Here is a trick I tought myself a while ago....
If you have something that takes up a page and want to reduce it to a smaller size. Try this.
1) select the information and use the copy function.
2) go to print shop and past it onto a new file. Leve it highlighted.
3) select the copy function.
4) go to the document (I use Word or Exel) and past it.
The information is now a picture and can be sized as you would any picture.
I don't know how well it works on other programs but it might work.
Take Care,
Steve

that is excellent advice.....when you do a screen capture and paste it into word, I believe it is in vector form and you can shrink and enlarge is without losing any resolution.....so you can paste a ton of pictures on one page by dragging them to small size and then later enlarging them without any loss......

Good advise... However if referring back to that page I posted for Cora, that was already digitized and no matter what you do (on my screen - wish I had a 50" monitor), a 15" page is still going to be all but unreadable... |

John - Can you read it in it's larger size? Because I can't read it in it's reduced size.

Cora, send me an email at webmaster@usssealion.com and I'll reply with an attachment of that page (it's still pretty difficult to read - very light original typing)... |
