Born June 8th, 1945, in Sacramento California, Donald Edward Diemer died July 25th, 2026, where he lived, worked, and loved: The Rock Ridge Ranch near Loveland, Colorado. He was a proud Navy veteran. He was a firefighter, nuclear submarine operator, musician, woodworker, ham radio operator, rancher, mechanic, and lumberjack. His talents and interests were vast and varied. He was preceded in death by his mother Emerald (Eister), father Albert Costanzo, his stepfather Dale Diemer Sr., his sister Cheryl Hayes, and brother Dale Jr.He is survived by his sister Karen Jowyk, his children Stephanie Recob, Bryan Diemer (Yolanda), Amy Abrams (Marc), 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and his very special friend and partner Pat Block. He will be remembered and interred with military honors at the Cheyenne National Cemetery (8611 Hildreth Rd.) on September 14th at 10AM. A celebration of his utterly unique life will be held at the Loveland VFW Post 41 (305 N. Cleveland Ave.) at 12:30PM following the services in Wyoming. FORTUNE .. .. .. Timothy Michael Fortune, of Yorktown, Virginia, passed away suddenly at home on September 2, 2026. He was 68 years old. He was a beloved son, brother, father, and papa. Tim was born to Edward and Sherley in Akron, Ohio. Growing up, he was full of life and always up for an adventure. He attended West Branch High School before joining the United States Navy in November 1975, where he met the love of his life, Deborah Kay Myers. They married on April 2, 1977, in Parris, Ohio. Tim went on to spend 20 years as a Yeoman in the Navy on submarines. During that time, they were stationed in Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, Hawaii, and Washington. While stationed in Hawaii, Tim was able to graduate from Waipahu School for Adults in 1988. Tim and Debbie were foster parents for 27 years. They were named Foster Parents of the Year in Hampton, VA in 1995. After having Kenny, Mat and Tony they welcomed 8 more children into the Fortune family. Throughout their time as foster parents, over 100 children have received love and care from them. While his children and grandchildren kept him busy, he also enjoyed golfing. Tim found joy and great peace on the open road riding his motorcycle with friends and family. On Sunday's, you could find him cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. He loved being at Heinz Field waving his Terrible Towel. When watching from home, he was surrounded by Harley and all the puppies. Tim and Debbie became Shih Tzu breeders in 2024. He loved caring for the dogs, giving them countless treats and "10 minutes of scratches" every day. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Edward Fortune, JR, his mother, Sherley Oxley, his sisters, Robin Oxley and Kai Fortune, and his brothers, Thomas, Joseph, Donte, and David Fortune. Tim is survived by his wife Deborah, his children, Kenneth, Mathew(Erin), Anthony(Tiffany), Carmen, Elizabeth(CJ), Aleshia(Michael), Joseph(Erin), Saul, Laura, Hailey, and Marie(Wade); grandchildren, Nathaniel, Alexander, Jacob, Christopher, Mason, Destiny, Madison, Justin, Marissa, Renton, Cory, Camden, Casyn, Vanda, AnnaLynne, McKinley, Brayden, Ireland, Jose, Lexi, and Lani; great grandchildren, Kinsley and Austyn; his stepfather, Kenneth, his stepmother, Martha; siblings, Edward(Margie), Cynthia, James(Michelle), Edmond(Julia), Steven (Tawnya), Teresa, Richard, Steven (Angie), Carlisha, Desi, Kayla, Jeni, Donovan, Carter, Cody, Ty'shon and many nieces and nephews. ROZACK .. .. .. William Joseph Rozack passed away peacefully at his home in Idaho Falls, Idaho on September 1, 2026, surrounded by his extremely large family that loved him deeply, after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Bill was born March 24, 1943, in Carrollton, Illinois, to William Stanley Rozack and Harriet Jean Cunningham. The oldest of five children, Bill graduated from New Albany High School in 1961, where he was a state wrestling champion. Bill enlisted in the United States Navy in June 1961 and served as an Electronics Technician aboard the nuclear submarines USS Woodrow Wilson and USS Daniel Webster. He achieved the rank of E-6 during his eleven years of active-duty service and served an additional year in the Navy Reserve. Bill later completed his Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering at Northwestern University. While stationed at the Idaho National Laboratory studying nuclear science, Bill met his future wife, Virginia Mae Sucher. Bill and Virginia were married September 11, 1964, in Milo, Idaho. Bill was baptized as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1965, and he and Virginia were sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple in 1970. They would have celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on September 11, 2026.After leaving the Navy, Bill entered the private sector, working as a startup supervisor at nuclear power plants throughout the United States. Each project generally took about a year to complete before Bill was transferred to the next site. This meant a lot of moves for the family, but it also gave them the opportunity to see 42 of the 50 states together. In 1980, Virginia asked that the family return to where it had all begun-Idaho-so they could be closer to her aging parents. There, they finally put down permanent roots. Bill continued traveling for work for several more years, but Idaho was home. Bill and Virginia welcomed six children during their marriage: Stephanie (Ken) Downs, Jonathan (Cony) Rozack, Tara (Mark) Henderson, Sarah (Jon) Drollinger, Elizabeth Flores, and Adam (Sandra) Rozack. They also had four angel babies whom they never had the opportunity to raise here on earth. In February 1998, Stormy Marie Thompson came into the family through foster care and became another daughter-child number seven. Bill is survived by his wife of nearly 62 years, Virginia; his seven children; 21 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Jean Rozack; his sister, Rebecca Clemons; his brothers, James Rozack, Kirby Rozack, and Mark Rozack; and his four angel babies. | ||
